REGISTRATION POLICIES
In order for your child to be considered registered:
1. Complete online registration. Click here to register.
2. Pay a deposit of $500.00 for each camper ($300 for Nitzanimot); please note, $200 of the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Options
- Payment can be made by cheque, Visa, or e-Transfer (Canadian banks only).
- Cheques should be made out to Camp Miriam and mailed to the JCC office. A $50 service fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
- E-transfers can be sent to finance@campmiriam.org.
- Post-dated payments, up to May 31st are welcome. If you need to make a payment plan, please discuss with the Community Director.
- Camp fees represent a 3% discount for cheques and e-transfers; an additional 3% surcharge will be applied if paid by Visa.

- A tax receipt for 40% of camp fees paid will be issued before the end of the calendar year.
Payment & Cancellations
- Full payment of camp fees is due on April 3rd, 2025.
- If registration is cancelled before April 3rd, $300 from the deposit and any paid fees will be refunded.
- If registration is cancelled after April 3rd and before May 1st, the deposit will be held and any paid fees will be refunded.
- If registration is cancelled after May 1st, all payments made to date are non-refundable.
- Once the camp session begins, there will be no refund of camp fees if the camper is withdrawn or sent home for any reason.
Forms
- Online forms will be available through your CampinTouch account on March 26th, including: Medical, Camper Information, Camper Code of Conduct & Behavior Protocol, and Immunization, Insurance & Waiver. There is also a Camper Medication Form that must be filled for any campers taking medication, supplements or vitamins. You may also opt to upload your child’s Immunization Record, although this is only recommended and not required. All forms are due on April 17th, 2025.
- The Camper Medication Form must be completed by a physician if your child will be taking prescription medication while at camp. If your child takes any over-the-counter meds, including vitamins or supplements that are not prescribed, this form can be signed by a parent or guardian instead.
- All campers are required to provide a current health insurance number. Non-BC residents must have travel insurance if their regular health insurance does not have travel coverage.
- Parents are solely financially responsible for any medical expenses that arise during camp.
General Registration Policies
- Camp Fees include: Camp Miriam t-shirt, camp picture, all applicable GST, and one year of membership dues to Habonim Dror North America.
- Applications for partial sessions will NOT be accepted.
- Application for registration for any camper who was previously sent home from camp will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Details about the Open House at camp (in May) will be available in the New Year.
There is no Visitors’ Day during the summer for campers who stay one session.
Visitors’ Day for Madatz and Two-Session Bonim will be July 26th, from 11 am – 4 pm.
