Habonim Dror Camp Miriam plays an important role in developing leaders and strengthening the future of the wider Jewish community. The support of donors is vital to our operations and to our ability to provide fun and meaningful values-based formative experiences to campers year-round, and staying true to our commitment that no child will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Habonim Dror Camp Miriam is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors and this policy is to inform donors how their information will be collected, used, and stored. Donors can choose to remove their name from our mailing/solicitation list at any time.

We collect and maintain the following types of donor information:

• Contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address;
• Payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information; and
• Donor’s communication preferences: receiving tax receipts (default by email, option by mail), our newsletters, Thank You e-mails/letters, and communications related to specific fundraising events or appeals.

Habonim Dror Camp Miriam uses your information to complete a transaction, thank you, communicate back to you, and update you on camp happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. Account information for recurring pledges/monthly giving is encrypted and stored security via SafeSave™ for processing of your future payments. Notify us at anytime if you wish to discontinue your recurring pledge/monthly giving.

Habonim Dror Camp Miriam will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential. Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of Habonim Dror Camp Miriam. We do not intend to send unwanted mail or emails to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list. Email communications provide a mechanism to opt-out of further communication and be removed from our contact list.
